What I actually look at (so you know this isn’t guesswork)
When I review a site, I’m looking for the “yes, this feels easy” moments and the “hmm… not sure” moments.
Key areas we typically improve
- Homepage clarity: what you sell, who it’s for, what to do next
- Navigation: can people find what they want quickly?
- Collection pages: structure, filters, context, and pathways to products
- Product pages: hierarchy, confidence signals, content clarity, and CTAs
- Mobile experience: scrolling, tapping, sticky buttons, clutter, speed friction
- Trust signals: reviews, guarantees, delivery/returns clarity, payment reassurance
- Checkout flow: reducing friction and uncertainty
It’s not about making everything “fancy”. It’s about making it feel obvious, trustworthy, and easy.
