Who we are and how we got here.

Tia Bliss

Tia has spent the last 10 years working for a multi-million pound company. She started as the 7th member of staff, and has been an integral part in the massive growth the company, the company now having over 90 employees.
Because of this, she has gained experience in many areas of the business, from sales & customer service, to operations and systems, to design and marketing, and then onto e-commerce. Tia has a degree in marketing and has worked with experts in SEO and web development who have taught her everything she knows today and best practises to apply across the business, and many others.

After 6 months solo-travelling the world in 2022, Tia realised that it was time to spread her wings, and fly on her own. And Meep was born.

People weren't talking to each other.

Mostly because they thought their area should be prioritised over others, or because they simply didn't understand what the other departments actually did. I realised, what I did naturally to bridge the gaps; bringing departments together and having expert knowledge in all areas, that I could make projects fly! I brought something other businesses don't have, and I couldn't see anyone offering it either.
